Trying new bikes is a blast, and sometimes it really opens our eyes to what we can achieve on trail or in the city. Whether its a Personal Best on your favourite section of trail, or cutting down time on a commute, a new bike will improve those times! After your rental, if you decide to purchase the model you tried we will apply your rental as a credit towards it within 14 days!

Black's Cycle Rental Policy

At the time of booking we will ask for a 50% deposit towards your rental. At the time of pick up a waiver and rental agreement will need to be signed as well as the balance of your rental is paid. We will need to see a form of valid government issue'd ID and finally, we will need to make sure you have a helmet that is safe to use. 

Black's Cycle Rental Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to cancel your rental and you are more than 30 days away from your rental a full refund will be issued. If you are 14 days or less away from your rental a refund of 50% of your deposit will be issued. If you cancel within 3 days from the pick up date of your rental, you will forfeit your deposit.
